Our Company Policy

Your Satisfaction Is Our Success!!!

We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and support we can. In order to do this it is key that our customers read and understand our company policies. I you have any question about any of our policies, please feel free to contact us.

Product Warranty

We warranty everything we sell to be free from manufacturers’ defects (it does what it’s supposed to when you get it). All of our product comes with a manufacturer/importer 30 day parts warranty, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only parts replacement and does not cover labor or any other occurrences of loss related to the defect. We will replace any part deemed by use to be defective free of charge. Certain restriction and stipulation apply.
Manufacturers warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, or batteries etc). Manufacturers warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect, and ignorance, nor damages caused by shipping or handling. The following is a list of items not covered by the warranty policy. This list is not all inclusive and may be modified at any time.

This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Requirements
Customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the product or products that they purchase. If the customer elects to have the product delivered to a trucking terminal for will call. The customer is responsible for retrieving their item with in 48 hours of notification. It the item is being delivered to a business location the customer is responsible for said business to unload the product, by mean of a loading dock or a fork lift truck. Customer must take deliver of item within 48 hours of business delivery notification. If said item is to be delivered to a residential address, the deliver is curb side only (it will be left on the edge of your driveway). The customer is responsible for having sufficient manpower on hand to unload said item. The driver may assist you, but, is not required to help. If you are unable to unload the item at the time of delivery, the trucking company will return the item to their terminal and you will be responsible to will call the item from the terminal.

Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping you must take receipt of the item and notify us immediately of the damage. We will file the appropriate claim paperwork with the shipping company. We will send to you at our discretion, replacement parts that were damaged. In most cases the parts will be sent to you free of any charges.

If you do not take receipt of a damaged item and it is returned to us you will only receive a partial refund of your purchase or no refund at all.

We do not want you to have a damaged product and we will get replacement parts to you as soon as possible. By refusing the item you are only making the problem worse and costly for yourself. Reset assured we will do everything we deem necessary to make things right.

Return Policy

We want you to be confident with your purchase. We are customer service driven and pride our selves at taking care of problems and issues as quickly as humanly possible. We would rather you have the item you purchased running properly and giving you the enjoyment you expected. Returning a product does not necessarily make things better. Instead of allowing returns on our product, we would rather make the product function and operate like it was intended from the manufacturer. With this said our item no returnable and no refundable. This is not our policy, because we think that people will return items. Just the opposite, we have full confidence in the product that we offer and we know that it is NOT JUNK. Once again as stated earlier, we will do everything we deem necessary to make things right. A large amount of our business is from referrals from other customers. We are in the business of repeat business, not just making a quick buck.

Parts Policy

As we select what products we want to offer we place a lot of focus on replacement part availability for that item. We try not to offer items that do not have a parts support network. Most of the importers that we use are very aware of the importance of having replacement parts for the product the sell. It is rare to find a replacement part for a current product we offer not to have replacement parts available. Generally if a part is not in stock it is already on order and on it's way.

Maintenance Policy

It is the customers responsibility to assure proper maintenance and safety of their product. The customer is responsible to make sure that their product is properly assembled, adjusted, maintained and safe operating condition.

Upon receiving and assembling your product you will need to thoroughly check all nut, bolts fasteners for proper adjustment and tightness. You will want to pay extra attention to making sure the throttle assembly and brakes are adjusted and working properly. The biggest item we see neglected is the chain. Most often thane not the chain is to tight out of the create and the customer does not loosen it up. When the chain is to tight it is more likely to come of or brake, which can cause damage to components inside the motor. Also over time the chain will stretch which will cause it to be loose. A loose chain can come of very easy. Come sense would be to check you chain often and make adjustments as needed.

The product generally ships with oil in it. This oil should be change within two weeks. The product needs to go though a break in period of about 10-12 hours of riding at half throttle. Resist the urge of going full throttle during this period.

Liability Policy

Outlaw Powersports is not responsible for any injure or death related directly or indirectly with the product that we offer. Make sure that proper safety gear is worn, especially a helmet. Adults need to supervise younger kids at all times. USE COMMON SENSE!!

Product Listing Policy

We strive to have up to date information, descriptions, specs, pictures etc., of all the product we offer. We update information, color availability, product availability as often as we can. We place a lot of focus on portraying our items accurately. With that said. at times an item may be received from the factory with something different that what was described in our listings or a color may not be available. When this occurs we will do everything we deem necessary to make things right. If an item is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for it to come in we will at your request refund your purchase.
